1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes(ground chili or dried red chili flakes)
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of oregano
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red vinegar
¼ cup of water, try and if it is too strong add more water.
Wash and finely chop the parsley. Put in a bowl.
Add the ground chili or red pepper flakes. Ground chili is very common in Argentina.
Chop garlic clove into fine pieces and add it to mixture.
Add the olive oil, red vinegar, water, salt, and pepper. Mix everything, and the sauce is ready.
It should be kept in the refrigerator.
It can last for several days, although it is better if it is consumed within 24 - 48 hours.
Use to baste meats while grilling or barbecuing or as a marinade.
